WWE News: Brock Lesnar Done With WWE Immediately After WrestleMania 31?

WWE Superstar Brock Lesnar is not one to appear more than he needs to, which is probably why we saw him on WWE RAW for the first time in a few months. Lesnar is expected to remain a major part of WWE programming from now until WrestleMania 31. He is the WWE World Heavyweight Champion, so it would certainly make sense to see him more than a few times leading up to WWE’s biggest show of the year, WrestleMania. However, after WrestleMania 31… we may not be seeing much of Lesnar.

WWE could lose the Beast Incarnate after Mania as there is expected to be a bidding war for Brock Lesnar’s services after the big event. WWE, UFC, and Bellator MMA are all set to bid for Lesnar, and there is a thought that Lesnar wants to go back and try his hand at MMA again. Lesnar fought at a weird level. The last few fights he had were not seen as prideful ones for the current WWE World Heavyweight Champion.

He had a big bout with Diverticulitis which saw him lose a lot of weight. He didn’t look great in the octagon. It sucked for Lesnar because he went through this issue while he was the reigning UFC Heavyweight Champion. Brock came back to WWE in 2012 looking a bit bigger, but he then managed to get back in the shape we first saw him in years ago. Lesnar has remained this way since then.

Lesnar most likely has regrets with his MMA career. He made it to the mountain top at 75 percent, then lost his last few fights at less than 50 percent. Lesnar would never make an excuse for his losses but these are medical facts. Lesnar is now at 100 percent, and it is something that has intrigued UFC President Dana White. White said that he’d absolutely love to see what a Brock Lesnar could do at 100 percent.

Lesnar RAW

If Lesnar was able to take out the likes of Shane Carwin, Frank Mir, and Randy Couture at less than 100 percent and win the UFC Heavyweight Title….imagine what he could do at his full potential. That said, Lesnar has not signed a new deal with WWE and his appearances are expected to run out right after WrestleMania 31.

There was a rumor out of The Wrestling Observer that claimed WWE’s merchandise department were told to stop production on Brock Lesnar merchandise and focus on Sheamus merchandise. We know from WWE RAW that Lesnar has a brand new shirt out, so it would not make sense to stop production for his merch now. A WWE representative contacted a variety of websites claiming this was untrue as well. It seems to be.

However, no one has mentioned anything regarding Lesnar not leaving WWE. Lesnar is said to be enjoying his time in WWE. How could he not? He is the current WWE World Heavyweight Champion and the man who conquered Undertaker’s WrestleMania win streak. He is also set to headline WrestleMania yet again. Really, WWE has treated him very well and he has made a lot of money in his time with them.

That said, WWE could afford to compete for his services. However, it would be doubtful that they would do so unless they knew they’d get a good return on the investment. WWE could lose Lesnar due to this, and it seems that if rumors are right they will lose him right after WrestleMania once Brock puts WWE’s new golden boy Roman Reigns over.
