Microsoft kicked off its annual countdown deals Monday night for Xbox LIVE. The Countdown to 2015 promotion features 17 Xbox One games, and 33 Xbox 360 titles on sale now through December 22. Thief , Magic 2015 , The Evil Within , and more are on sale for as much as 67 percent off. The real highlight though might be Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes .
These following list of Xbox One titles are currently discounted. Some, such as Magic 2015 , The Evil Within and Thief require an Xbox LIVE Gold membership to receive a discount. The rest do not.

Interestingly, Microsoft and Ubisoft have come up with a pair of bundles featuring The Crew and either Assassin’s Creed Unity or Far Cry 4 . Both bundles are $90, so there’s about a $30 discount or $15 per game. Both bundles require an Xbox LIVE Gold membership as well.
Possibly the most interesting discount in all of this is Metal Gear Solid: Ground Zeroes . The prelude to Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain was originally released for $30. It can now be picked up in this sale for just $6.60. While the game is only approximately five hours long, it’s hard to pass up at this price; especially for Metal Gear Solid fans.
Thief is another title that can be picked up extremely cheap at just $13.20. This reboot of the classic series didn’t quite live up to its potential and still seems overshadowed by Dishonored . However, it’s a good game at this price.
Remember that these are the weekly deals that run through December 22. The Countdown to 2015 will also feature daily deals as well.
