Who Is Kim Kardashian’s Best Friend? You Might Be Surprised
Kim Kardashian is from a famously close family whose members seem in constant contact with one another. It would not be surprising if the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star named any one of her sisters — or her brother, or mother — as her closest friend in the world. But in the past two years, Kim’s world has changed, as she’s married for the third time and had her first child, North West.
The day after Thanksgiving, Kardashian expressed gratitude for her daughter, whom she called her “best friend.” In pics posted on Twitter and Instagram, the toddler was fashionably decked out in a cozy wrap, her hair neatly pulled back in a bun.

As the Daily Mail reported, mother and daughter were out for a spa day. While North was glammed out in matching black attire and kitty cat shoes, her mother was more casual, wearing a simple grey shirt under an oversized coat. Kim and North’s father, Kanye West, were married earlier this year and appeared on the cover of Vogue magazine. North is 17-months-old.
Kardashian made news recently by showing off her curves in a nude Paper Magazine pictorial. E! Online quotes Kardashian as saying she would not object to North doing a similar thing in the future — when she’s grown up.
“I would support anything she wants to do. I don’t do anything with the intention to promote anyone else doing it—that’s not even what I’m trying to do. I do it because I’m proud of it. And it empowered me to feel good about myself after I had gained 500 pounds and looked like a huge slob for so long.”
As viewers of Keeping Up with the Kardashians know, Kim did not feel glamorous during her pregnancy. She was filmed for the series without makeup at times and even took a private yoga class with her sister-in-law Leah Jenner. As Radar Online reported when the episode aired, Kim insisted she was “not always about the glitz and the glam,” but also voiced her intention to “be a sexy, hot mom.”
She even said she wanted to put on a naked display once her daughter came into the world, stating “[a]s soon as I pop this [baby] out, I want to do Playboy or some nude shoot.”
