Chelsea Bruck’s Family Not Giving Up Search: Reward Increased To Over $17,000

The family of Chelsea Bruck is not giving up hope that they will be able to find the Michigan woman who has been missing for almost a month. Her family and close friends have no intention of stopping their search and Crime Stoppers has even upped the reward money to $17,265 for any information leading to the safe return of Chelsea Bruck.

CBS Detroit reported that the 22-year-old Bruck has been missing since October 26. She was last seen walking away from a Halloween party at a farmhouse in French Township in the early morning. The party was attended by around 600 people and Bruck was seen walking toward a parking lot with an unknown man.

“We are still searching. We are not giving up,” said Leannda Bruck, the missing woman’s mother.

Matt Bruck, Chelsea’s father, pleaded with anyone that may be possibly holding her captive. He begged that let her go and release her at a safe location so she can be reunited with her family.

The Toledo Blade said that more than 135 people have been interviewed since Bruck went missing. Many of those have been interviewed more than once. Kassandra Bruck, one of Chelsea’s sisters, said that almost 500 “credible tips” have come in and she is also insistent that something had to have happened beyond her sister’s control. She said that Chelsea never would have simply disappeared by choice.

On the morning of her disappearance, Kassandra received a text from Chelsea stating that she could not wait for Kassandra’s wedding in three months.

At times, Crime Stoppers and the family have even upped the reward to include an extra amount if successful tips are provided by midnight or the next day.

It’s obvious that the Bruck family is incredibly desperate to find Chelsea, and they have no intentions on stopping until she is returned home safe.

“I don’t want it to be 10 days, I don’t want it to be 10 weeks,” Leannda Bruck said. “But if it takes 10 years we will not give up.”

Volunteers have been putting flyers on doors in neighborhoods as more and more people join in on the search.

Chelsea Bruck is a 22-year-old white female with blond hair and standing around 5 feet, 7 inches tall. She weighs about 140 pounds. When she was last seen, she was wearing a Halloween costume that included a leaf-covered top, black pants, and a long-hair dark purple wig as “Poison Ivy” from the Batman series. Officials have asked that anyone with information on Chelsea Bruck to please call 734-2463-7070 or 734-240-7700. They have also asked for anyone with photos or videos from the Halloween party to send them to the Monroe County Sheriff’s office.
