According to KHOU, the infant, known only by his first name Jerome is described as a black male infant who was last seen wearing a dark blue onesie with light blue trim and a Snoopy character on it, and white socks. He has black hair and brown eyes. The major identification mark on the infant’s body is a large dark birthmark on his upper left chest that measures 2-3 inches across

The Amber Alert was issued after Jerome was taken from his baby sitter by her cousin who has been identified as Valisa Monee Allen, an 18-year-old black female, who stands 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighs approximately 180 pounds. In the Amber Alert bulletin, two other suspects have also been named.
