Kenya Moore On Phaedra’s Character Attack: ‘I Then Became An Alcoholic, Bipolar, And Broke’

Kenya Moore has been on The Real Housewives of Atlanta for a few seasons, and she has made quite the impression on both her co-stars and fans of the show. Moore came on the show with Walter Jackson, a man who she had hoped would propose while filming the show. But reports quickly surfaced that she had hired him to be her boyfriend. After filming a season together, Walter decided he wanted to be single again.

But Kenya Moore has been on the look-out for love since becoming single again. Moore is rumored to be dating a rich oil tycoon from Africa, but she has never introduced him on the show. Instead, she got tangled up in rumors that she was trying to pursue Apollo Nida to be with her rather than his wife, Phaedra Parks. But the rumors were proven to be false, when Nida came clean about his lies prior to heading to jail.

According to a new Bravo report, The Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kenya Moore is now revealing that she is hurt by Phaedra Parks’ character attacks during the time when Apollo was lying about her. And Parks was quick to hurl insults at Moore to cause pain and humiliation. She didn’t realize it at the time, but her husband was playing her for a fool, as Kenya Moore was innocent in this entire ordeal.

“If you are tired of the “Apollo and Kenya” drama, imagine how I feel. This feud goes all the way back to a business deal gone bad. From that point on, Phaedra started to malign my character and drag my good name through the mud. According to her, I then became an alcoholic, bipolar, and broke. She added home wrecking whore to her list after I outed Apollo for texting me without her knowledge,” Kenya explains of the argument going horribly wrong.

It sounds like Kenya Moore knows that she isn’t completely innocent in the drama. She did play up the text messages to make it seem like something was going on between them. But she never hinted that they hooked up in Los Angeles.

“I was wrong for responding to Apollo’s text knowing Phaedra and I were not friends at the time or if people believed it was more. The texts were innocent and I have proven that, and I have apologized to Phaedra publicly many times. We all make mistakes and I can admit when I am wrong, apologize, and hopefully, never repeat the same behavior,” Kenya explains.

Now that Apollo Nida is behind bars, Moore is trying to move on with her life. She recently announced that she was getting married on her scripted show, Life Twirls On. Kenya has also revealed that she is looking for vindication this season, as the Inquisitr has reported.
