This marks Jenner’s first time on the receiving end of a lawsuit. According to TMZ , Kylie Jenner was driving a Mercedes G-Wagon when she allegedly caused a three-car pileup. Her Mercedes struck the rear of a Toyota that was stopped in traffic on a residential street. The Toyota then struck the rear of a Subaru. Now, the woman in the Subaru is claiming Jenner was negligent.
The driver of the Subaru, who has been identified by E! Online as Alida Griselie Palma Rivera, reportedly suffered injuries to her back and neck in the car accident. She has named both Kylie Jenner and her mother, Kris, in the lawsuit. The woman is suing Kylie for negligence, and she is suing her mother because she thinks she was the registered owner of the Mercedes Benz G Class SUV driven by Kylie at the time of the incident. Rivera is also suing a woman named Karina Alvarez, reported E!
Unfortunately, Kyie Jenner was in a second car crash approximately one year after her first. In August 2014, another female driver reportedly rear-ended Kylie’s new Range Rover. According to TMZ , accounts of what really happened at the scene of the accident vary. While the famous teen said it was the other driver’s fault, the other driver claimed Kylie pulled an illegal U-turn, causing the crash. An attorney for the other driver alleged that Jenner offered the woman a cash settlement, which she reportedly declined. Could there be another lawsuit in the pipeline?
