Leah Calvert Is Determined To Stay Positive, Despite Divorce And Drug Rumors
Leah Calvert is reportedly facing a divorce and struggling with a nasty addiction to prescription painkillers. However, the Teen Mom 2 star isn’t letting the recent rumors kill her mood. Instead, she’s staying positive and preparing to have a fun Halloween with her three kids.
“Despite the fact that Leah was accused of cheating by her husband, Jeremy Calvert, and the fact that Jeremy’s Facebook relationship lists him as ‘divorced,’ [Leah]’s tweets are super chipper,” Wetpaint Entertainment reported on October 31. “Not only has she been posting all kinds of cheerful emojis, she’s hit up Twitter on more than one occasion to muse about how great life is.”
As the Inquisitr reported on October 27, Leah Calvert surfaced on Twitter on Monday, where she appeared to confirm she and her husband were back on. “It’s such a beautiful day, & I’m so blessed to be able to spend it with my family! I [love] you @Calvert505!!!” she wrote. Unfortunately, whereas Jeremy has become more active on Twitter lately, he didn’t bother re-tweeting Leah’s message — or even responding to it with a message of his own.
Since then, Leah has continued tweeting, and according to her messages, she’s doing well.
“I’m going to have a good day!” Leah wrote on Twitter on October 29. The next day, Leah told fans, “On my way go see my big sister and get my hair did with miss Addie bug and then go to the twins Halloween party at school. #PerfectDay.”
Earlier this week, a source spoke to Life & Style, revealing Leah Calvert hasn’t left her home since news of her alleged affair broke on October 17. “She feels totally trapped, with her in-laws’ house only a few feet away. She feels like her every move is being watched,” the source explained.
Leah’s husband, Jeremy, was the one who initially broke the news, telling his followers on Twitter that Leah had been caught with her ex-boyfriend, Robbie Kidd, the same man she slept with just days before she and Corey Simms, the father of her twins, were married. In response to the allegations, Leah insisted it was a rumor her husband believed.
As for her reported drug use, a source claims things have gotten worse since Jeremy publicly accused his wife of cheating.
“[Leah Calvert] keeps falling asleep all the time — pals are worried she’s doing that when she’s supposed to be watching the kids [twins Aliannah and Aleeah, 4, and 9-month-old Adalynn],” a second source told Life & Style, via an Inquisitr report. “They think she’s on more than just anti-anxiety medication. She could lose everything if she doesn’t shape up.”
