Catelynn Lowell And Tyler Baltierra Are Planning Their 2015 Wedding
Catelynn Lowell and Tyler Baltierra are preparing for their 2015 wedding. The Teen Mom stars have been together for over a decade and, finally, they are set to walk down the aisle.
According to an October 27 report by Cambio, Baltierra recently confirmed the news of his and Lowell’s upcoming wedding by letting fans in on the wedding planning process on Instagram. Along with a lakeside photo, Baltierra wrote, “Up North testing wedding cakes and caterers. Nothing like Michigan in the fall #WeddingPlanning #FallColors.”
Catelynn Lowell posted on the process, as well. After Baliterra tweeted about a place called “Cre8tive Cupcake,” Lowell said, “We are very excited for you to do our wedding cake! Your company is amazing!”
As the Inquisitr reported earlier this month, Cre8tive Cupcake shared a photo of Lowell and Baltierra on their Twitter page following the Teen Mom couple’s visit. In the photo, Lowell showed off her 7-month pregnant belly. With the photo, the cupcake store wrote, “Thank you for the opportunity! And we are very excited for your wedding.”
Catelynn Lowell and Tyler Baltierra have been dating since junior high and welcomed their first child in 2009. Their first daughter, Carly, was adopted shortly after her birth. Lowell and Baltierra became engaged during their time with MTV but called off their July 2013 wedding after uncovering serious relationship issues during their stint on VH1’s Couples Therapy.
In Aug. 2014, after revealing plans for a second child, Lowell announced her pregnancy on Instagram. According to the Inquisitr, Lowell shared the first photo of her baby bump online along with the caption, “#it’sofficial #4months @tylerbaltierramtv.” A short while later, Lowell and Baltierra discovered their second child would be another girl.
In April 2014, Lowell spoke to In Touch Weekly about her desire for a child. “I would’ve felt guilty if I got pregnant again when Carly was 1 or 2. But we’ve both been yearning for this,” she told the magazine. “We’re ready to have a baby!”
While filming MTV’s 16 & Pregnant, that was not the case. “I was too young when I got pregnant with Carly — I was sad and scared,” Catelynn explained. “We’ve learned from what our parents did wrong. Tyler and I own our own home, have two cars and actually have money to support a kid.”
