The influential teen reality television star posted a pic online showing that she had chopped off a good deal of the length of her voluminous brown hair. With her practiced pout still firmly in place, Kylie Jenner showed off her new hairstyle for the camera.
“I missed my short hair,” Kylie Jenner explained of her chopped locks on Instagram.
Looking as glamorous as ever, the mature 17-year-old hid her eyes behind several thick flyaway strands of hair for the short-haired selfie she posted on October 24, 2014. Her neatly sculpted eyebrows were barely visible through her tousled hair, but her exaggerated pink puckered lips took center stage as usual.
What’s interesting about Kylie Jenner’s shorter hairstyle is the fact that she only recently launched her own line of hair extensions. Getting into the hair extension business just before transitioning to a shorter hairdo seems like an interesting move.
Could Jenner be gearing up for a fuller hairstyle soon, featuring her own Kylie Hair Kouture products? Or is she emulating her older half-sister Kim Kardashian, who was spotted sans hair extensions at around the same time she began touting the benefits of a product called Hairfinity, “a hair product that promises to give uses longer, stronger and faster-growing hair,” according to International Business Times .
Why is Kylie Jenner always pouting for the camera? Maybe it’s because she’s single. Despite the proliferation of Kardashian insiders and anonymous sources who claimed that the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star was romantically involved with rapper Tyga, 24, Kris Jenner recently went on the record to say that her youngest daughter wasn’t dating anyone, as noted by The Inquisitr . At the time of her mother’s declaration, Kylie was traveling through various European countries with close family friend and the subject of all the romance rumors, Tyga .
Since Kylie Jenner was named the most influential member of the Kardashian clan, as reported by The Inquisitr , stylish young women could begin copying her new look soon by cutting their hair.
