Telltale Games offers behind-the-scenes look at Jurassic Park: The Game

Telltale Games’ Jurassic Park: The Game is nearly upon is. To provide you with something to hold you over until that November 15 release date, Telltale released a behind-the-scenes video of the making of Jurassic Park: The Game.

In the video, executive producer Kevin Boyle walks us through how the team was able to bring the player back to Isla Nublar. In the original movie, Dennis takes off with a shaving cream container filled with dinosaur embryos, but he meets an untimely end after an encounter with a Dilophosaurus. The developers felt that was a good starting point for Jurassic Park: The Game, he explains.

In the video, we also get some insight into the new engine. It’s still as much of an adventure game as Telltale’s other titles, but they decided to take a different approach with Jurassic Park: The Game.

Jurassic Park: The Game will release on iPad, Mac, PC, PlayStation 3, and Xbox 360 on November 15.
