WWE News: Full WWE 2K15 Season Pass And DLC Content Revealed

WWE 2K15 is one of the most anticipated games this fall and that most likely isn’t changing with new details the developers have released regarding it. 2K Sports has been working on the new WWE game for over a year now, and it seems obvious that they want to debut a fantastic first wrestling game for them. This is why 2K has gone very deep to give us both characters and stories that we will absolutely love.

Word came out yesterday that former WWE Champion John Cena would be helping on the soundtrack, and is on two new music tracks that you can only get on the soundtrack or hear in the game. An added incentive for many old school Cena fans.

Now, IGN.com has reported the full details regarding both the season pass content as well as DLC material.

First of all, the season pass will cost $24.95, and immediately on purchase you will unlock 2 time WWE Diva’s Champion Paige.

The next part from them speaks of the entire pack, and what you will get with the season pass. According to IGN, if the season pass is purchased, you will get…

WWE 2K15 NXT mode

This is a big move for 2K Sports, as the additional content is more than THQ ever put out for a WWE video game. While THQ added many of the same characters, they didn’t do everything that made the game great. This was why many were not excited about each WWE game. It was a game you’d get when it went on sale…maybe. Now, it is almost impossible to not get it if you are a big WWE fan. 2K Sports appears to be giving WWE fans all they could ask for, which is awesome to see from them.

The Season Pass is a big deal for WWE video game fans. All of the content, if bought, will cost about $50. While you will pay more up front for it to get the game and the pass, you will end up saving around $25 in the end if you were to get everything on the list above. Financially, it is worth it. Once you have the pass, you get everything listed and no more payments are needed.

Many of this is huge and first time ever content. This additional content looks awesome for fans, and many are sure to love most of it.

Many WWE fans were not excited originally about 2K charging us for more content. Seeing as THQ usually gypped fans with this stuff, we mostly thought it was useless to even think about purchasing. Now, it appears 2K Sports wanted to change the minds of WWE fans and give them amazing new content that they can save money on. Most of us will certainly want most of the content above.

We will have to see if 2K Sports gives us anything more with WWE 2K15 or if this is it. So far, they look to be giving us the greatest WWE game of all time. Let us all hope that they do, because WWE fans deserve something amazing to go with the hype.
