Kendra Divorce Lawyer: Kendra Wilkinson Consults Divorce Lawyer, Kicks Hank Baskett Out?

Kendra has a divorce lawyer according to a new report. The reality star and her husband of five years, Hank Baskett, are reportedly through with their marriage. According to AZ Central, Kendra is still contemplating all of her options at this point, but she has consulted a divorce lawyer to figure out what she will need to do if she decides to terminate her marriage.

Kendra has been going through a lot since she learned that Hank cheated on her with a transgender model. Apparently Hank stepped out on Kendra while she was pregnant with their second child. Kendra is now faced with raising a 4-year-old and a newborn while looking into divorce options now that her life has been turned upside down.

News that Kendra has a divorce lawyer pretty much solidifies all of the rumors that have been circulated for the past several weeks. There is something going on between Kendra and Hank — and Kendra has not been wearing her wedding ring for a reason. However, it’s not easy for Kendra to just kick Hank out and move on with her life. A source explains just how difficult the decision is for the former Playboy bunny.

“Kendra grew up in a broken home, so she always swore she’d never divorce. She is emotionally and financially invested in the relationship. She can’t just walk away.”

If Kendra decides to divorce, she will need a lawyer to file the paperwork, and take care of the legal aspect of things for her. Of course this is a very hard time, but Wilkinson seems to be taking all of the steps that head in that direction. Yes, it is hard for people with children to make these decisions (heck it’s hard without children!), and it is going to take Kendra some time to figure out what is best for her… but many feel like she needs to move on from Hank if he did indeed cheat on her. According to Mail Online, money is a big issue for Kendra since Hank left the NFL… it’s unknown if the two have a pre-nup.

As previously reported by The Inquisitr, Kendra and Hank are on speaking terms, even though Kendra kicked Hank out of the house back in June. She is trying her best to keep it cool for the sake of her kids, but she is having a hard time dealing with the fact that Hank betrayed her. The trust is obviously gone, and Kendra is very hurt.
