Cameron Diaz And Benji Madden Ready To Wed? Couple Is Getting Serious

Are Cameron Diaz and Benji Madden ready to walk down the aisle? According to PEOPLE magazine’s inside source, the two are very serious and have at least discussed marriage. Diaz, 41, hasn’t been sold on marriage before, and rumors circulated that it might have been the reason behind her split with Justin Timberlake back in the day. That said, it seems like she’s on board for marriage with Good Charlotte musician Benji Madden, 35.

The two started dating early in the spring and have been going strong despite their reluctance to talk about their relationship in the public.

Although Diaz has been away promoting The Other Woman and now Sex Tape, the two have found their own place for domesticity. When Cameron is in Los Angeles, Joel Madden’s twin is not too far behind, and is usually at her home.

According to a source:

“Benji spends so much time at Cameron’s that it seems he now kind of lives there. They look very happy together … Cameron hasn’t looked this happy for years.”

The only time we’ve seen Diaz and Madden together was during a few short candid moments. The two were seen arm and arm on a coffee run and on a few gym dates.

The source’s insider is a far cry from Diaz’s recent comments about marriage. The actress actually received a bit of backlash when she said that not everyone was meant to be monogamous. Of course, this was a few months ago, so her opinion might have changed.

Before you think that the pair are rushing into anything, we have it on good authority via PEOPLE that the two are taking some serious steps before making the leap into marriage. Just the other day, Madden met Cameron’s family during a trip to Florida.

According to the source:

“It seemed important to Cameron that Benji met her family, and she looked very proud to introduce him to everyone. They were very sweet to each other, constantly kissing and flirting. It was obvious that they had a great vacation.”

As we previously reported, Cameron and Benji aren’t the only ones that are thrilled about their relationship. Madden’s sister-in-law Nicole Richie, who initiated the relationship between the two, is also very happy that things are working out between the couple.

“She’s so excited that things are working out between them. And it’s an added bonus that she doesn’t have to deal with getting to know another one of Benji’s new girlfriends.”

Looks like Cameron and Benji may have it all figured out.
