Looks like Jeff Bezos knows a thing or two about satisfying throngs of eager women. Ones doing their holiday shopping online, anyway.
It turns out the Bezos-led Amazon impressed more than just its own PR department with its strong holiday sales season this month. A new online retail satisfaction study conducted by ForeSee finds Amazon tied for the top spot among customer-ranked shopping experience, matched only by NetFlix.
The ForeSee report indicates Amazon and NetFlix are the only two retailers with scores over 80 (out of a possible 100). Amazon grew slightly from its previous year score, while NetFlix dropped a couple of points. Both came in at 84.
