Did Jennifer Lawrence and Nicholas Hoult break up over Kristen Stewart? That nasty little rumor about her boyfriend is still spreading around, but is there any real substance to it?
In a related report by The Inquisitr , the Hunger Games’ Jennifer Lawrence and Shailene Woodley have been compared because both of them have been featured as the main leading lady in dystopian movies. But it’s said these comparisons always “lead to despair” although it’s rumored that Lawrence is creeped out by Woodley .
For many actors and actresses, the career demands of being a Hollywood star can often lead to conflicting schedules where they barely get to see each other. But in the June issue of Marie Claire , Lawrence said she and her boyfriend have a system for working this out without having misunderstandings:
“When we’re busy, we agree to mutually ignore each other. Not completely, but neither of us gets mad when the other doesn’t text back or call. Life’s super busy. Obviously you know what they’re doing, and you trust them.”
There’s also another rumor that has Jennifer Lawrence engaged to Hoult but she seems to want to take things slow, saying, “We can go out and have our own lives and know that we have each other.” Darn, we can’t start referring to them as “Joult” quite yet. Of course, it’s not like they exactly enjoy the long times apart. When Jennifer Lawrence and Nicholas Hoult were working together on filming X-Men: Days of Future Past , both blue buddies Mystique and Beast had plenty of time to catch up:
“It’s fun because in this business you are away from one another for long periods of time, so when you’re on set together it’s a brilliant thing, because you actually get to spend time together.”
So what about the rumor that Jennifer Lawrence and Nicholas Hoult broke up over Kristen Stewart? While they supposedly did really split up for while in 2013, the idea behind this rumor is that Lawrence is jealous of Hoult and Stewart working together on a new science fiction movie called Equals . But when Lawrence heard about the rumor she just laughed it off:
“There was something in a magazine, and I was like,…that’s hilarious, because Kristen and I are friends. I actually texted her a picture of it and was like, ‘Just so you know, this is absolutely true.’”
So if they ever do really break up, what does it take to be Jeniffer Lawrence’s boyfriend ?
“‘Looks can go pretty far. Nobody can deny a beautiful face. Fortunately, I have one.’ Wait, what?! ‘Oh, no! I mean my boyfriend! I didn’t mean my face! Oh, my God! I meant I’m with somebody who has a beautiful face. Humor and intelligence are key. Looks fade very quickly. I love a unique mind. Somebody who’s his own person.’”
