Paltrow Divorce: Gwyneth Paltrow, Chris Martin Call Off Divorce… For Now

Gwyneth Paltrow has put off her divorce from husband, Chris Martin… for now. According to AZCentral, Paltrow and Martin got a sort of “wake-up call” after they announced their split back in March. Since then, the two have been spotted out together fairly frequently, and that made people wonder if the two had a change of heart. It turns out, that is exactly what has happened.

A source shared:

“It’s true they had problems but in the weirdest way this ‘conscious uncoupling’ situation has relieved the pressure on them. Gwyneth had ground rules about not immediately dating, respecting each other, keeping things happy for their two children and communicating throughout but it seems to have acted as a wake-up call. Chris still lives with her, they are amazingly lovey-dovey together and she still wears her wedding ring.”

The Paltrow divorce news came as quite a shock to people who really didn’t see it coming. Many thought that Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin had the whole marriage thing figured out. After two kids together, they both stayed out of the spotlight and seemed really focused on being a family — something that is key in successful Hollywood romances. However, the two lost it for a while — but it did not take them long to get back into it.

The source added:

“They may have consciously uncoupled a few months ago – but they seem to be re-coupling now. No one will be surprised if they get back together.”

Paltrow and Martin’s divorce might still happen, however. Just because the two are keeping it together and working things out now doesn’t mean that it is all going to be rainbows and butterflies forever. According to The Huffington Post, Chris and Gwyneth are keeping themselves in check for the sake of their kids. Sources say that they want things to be as normal as possible for Apple, 10, and Moses, 8.

As previously reported by The Inquisitr, Martin and Paltrow turned heads when they got cozy at a lunch last weekend. Martin also shared dinner with pal, Rihanna, last weekend — and that had people talking — but it is beyond clear that he loves his wife and he wants to make it work with her.

If Martin and Paltrow decide to divorce, it won’t be without a serious go at making things work first. They have been married since 2003 and have a very deep love for one another. They owe it to themselves to really try.
