Olivia Munn and Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers are an item, and have been so for quite a while. However, they have managed to keep things under wraps.
A picture published by Us Weekly of the happy couple kissing made the rounds on the internet recently, making it impossible for the celebrity couple to hide any more.
In any event, how could one of the most famous QB’s in the NFL and a stunning actress like Olivia Munn keep things quiet for long? After all, the paparazzi is just too keen and savvy.
Coming clean about the romance, Rodgers spoke candidly to Jason Wilde from ESPN Milwaukee, about the relationship, he said:
“For one, I’m real happy in my relationship. And I understand what comes with it. And two, the last couple years I’ve learned a lot about perspective and what’s important. And, that you cannot, when you’ve had success individually and collectively as a team and you are highlighted for the things you’ve done on the field and off the field, you cannot hide from the spotlight. You have to learn to embrace it.”
When pushed by the interviewer about why he tried to keep his private life and his career so totally separate, Rodgers shared :
“I need to be living my life. And I’m going to continue living my life and enjoy my public life and enjoy my relationships and not worry too much about that other stuff because it’s like in football — there’s some things you just cannot control, and that’s one of them.”
As well as his love life , Rodgers also spoke about his relationship with Brett Favre. “Yeah, we’re on good terms, and it’s a friendship. We talk every now and then,” he said.
No doubt the media’s focus will soon be back on Aaron Rodger’s performance on the field and not off it. Even though his romantic life is interesting, most football fans are more concerned with how well he plays.
