David and Yolanda Foster have officially listed their $25 million Malibu home on the market. The expansive property and insane mansion is offered for sale because the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star is battling Lyme disease and she needs something smaller to keep up with. The home is listed under Chris Cortazzo with breathtaking images of the home and views of the Pacific Ocean. David and Yolanda Foster’s home is 11,622-square feet and boasts six bedrooms, nine bathrooms, gym, movie theater, recording studio, and massage room.
It’s easy to see how Yolanda might find it hard to keep up with a place like that. Even with hired help, viewers have noticed Yolanda on RHOBH doing a lot of gardening and cooking.
Yolanda tells Us Weekly :
“Due to my battle with Lyme disease for the past two years I just don’t have the strength to run this almost 5-acre property anymore and should really focus on my recovery with as little stress as possible.”
Yolanda and David Foster were the center of rumors a few short months ago when it was reported that they were having marriage issues — and selling the home because of Yolanda’s Lyme disease was a good coverup. Of course, things didn’t help when Yolanda’s name was listed as Yolanda Hadid in a Lady Gaga video she the other Real Housewives were filmed in. Reports later on revealed it was a genuine mistake and had nothing to do with the Fosters having a marriage crisis. David’s rep made it clear that the rumors were “totally not true.”
Speculative reports that the Fosters were trying to sell their home because of marital problems was reported by The Inquisitr in early spring. Nothing scandalous about the couple has proven true, though tabloids would have readers believe otherwise.
Last year David put his $5 million home in Canada up for sale, which only fanned the flames for negative gossip regarding their marriage.
David and Yolanda express their love and affection for one another on RHOBH . David is usually busy working, so it’s hard for him to film with the rest of the cast. When does appear with Yolanda, the pair often share tender moments. In season 4, Yolanda gave her husband a sexy gift on his birthday: a large book with photos of her inside for his eyes only.
David and Yolanda Foster are said to be happily married and that nothing has changed with that.
