Nicki Minaj Has Her Wedding All Mapped Out

Nicki Minaj is talking about wedding dresses, so that obviously means she’s planning to walk down the proverbial aisle at any second. After all, you can’t discuss weddings and dresses unless you’re on the cusp of such a life-changing event.

Is Nicki Minaj getting married? Where is it taking place? Who will design her dress? If these questions are frantically buzzing about inside your skull, then you might need to take a breath. As far as we know, Minaj isn’t getting ready to take the plunge just yet. Nicki’s just discussing how things will go down should she decide to get married.

The “Lookin A**” rapper recently opened up about her hypothetical wedding during a brief chat with the folks at In Touch magazine. Instead of talking to an anonymous source or a guy who overheard snippets of a conversation while detailing her car, the publication actually spoke to Minaj about her wedding plans.

“I’d want it to be on a beach somewhere, like Turks and Caicos. I’m gonna have 10 [dresses]. Okay, maybe more like three!” she reportedly told the publication.

Minaj added, “A big princess dress, something short I can dance in at the party and then an Alexander McQueen gown that’s sexy and figure-hugging.”

So here is the million dollar question: Is Nicki Minaj actually engaged? That’s truly anybody’s guess at the moment. While the rapper is quick to discuss her ideal wedding, she’s apparently unwilling to cough up any real info about her relationship with Safaree Samuels. However, Perez Hilton seems to think this photo shows the couple sporting their engagement rings. Have a look if you’re at all curious.

Considering Nicki has a new album lurking just around the corner, it’s unlikely that she’ll walk down the aisle anytime soon. The rapper recently released her new single “Pills N Potions,” the lead single from her upcoming studio album The Pink Print. Unfortunately, we still don’t know when the record will arrive on retail shelves.

According to XXL, Nicki Minaj’s album should arrive before Lil Wayne’s Tha Carter V. However, Young Money boss Mack Maine said there isn’t a “concrete” release date available at the moment. Keep your eyes locked on iTunes; the rapper could always attempt a surprise Beyonce-style release with the new record.
