Skylar Astin: ‘I’m Back!’ And Revved Up About ‘Pitch Perfect 2’ (Video)
Skylar Austin announces, “I’m Back” in Pitch Perfect 2! Filming is actually underway according to E! Online, for this hot sequel. Skylar will be reprising the role of Jesse. Skylar has been quick to say that he can’t reveal too much about Pitch Perfect 2. Astin even admits to Just Jared Jr, “There is no way I can mention anything because it can change at any minute.”
What Skylar can tell us is that Anna Kendrick will also be in the sequel. Skylar says he loves Kendra because “she is a consummate professional… plus she is the ‘cups’ girl. Why wouldn’t you love her?” as revealed by E! Online.
Skylar Astin is also excited about Elizabeth Banks directing Pitch Perfect 2. Just Jared Jr reports Skylar as admitting that he feels completely confident with Elizabeth behind the camera. In fact, Skylar reveals, “In the first one (‘Pitch Perfect’) she was our lead producer. Not a lot of people know that so she was there every single day.”
