‘Star Wars Episode 7’: Original Trilogy Cast Members Seen In London As Filming Nears

There is a great possibility that original Star Wars trilogy cast members Mark Hamill, Harrison Ford, and Carrie Fisher, will make an appearance Episode 7, as they were all spotted in different areas of London.

If this is true — following comments Lucasfilm president Kathleen Kennedy made earlier — the new installment could be a bridge between the originals and the continuation of the story.

“We have an unprecedented slate of new Star Wars entertainment on the horizon. We’re set to bring Star Wars back to the big screen, and continue the adventure through games, books, comics, and new formats that are just emerging. This future of interconnected storytelling will allow fans to explore this galaxy in deeper ways than ever before.”

To make matters even more interesting — even though there is no official confirmation the trio is in London — the supposed Star Wars Episode 7 actors and their acquaintances have taken to Twitter to torment their fans:

In a press release, Lucasfilm announced that all future Star Wars films, spin-offs, TV shows, video games, and books will be connected, however, Episode 7 will strictly be tied to its predecessor Return Of The Jedi. In other words, everything that comes out from now on will be new to fans and not connected to the Extended Universe.

So in that case it makes sense to bring back Luke, Han, and Leia and see what the future holds in store for them and their off-springs as we expect the story to unfold.

Disney is looking for two young main characters, who we think are going to be the children of Han and Leia and maybe Luke, though we are not sure who Skywalker hooks up with.

All this is happening just as filming is about to begin at Pinewood Studios in London. Now with the presence of the three originals, Star Wars Episode 7 is taking shape.

According to a rumor, director J.J. Abrams and screenwriter Lawrence Kasdan revised the Star Wars Episode 7 script written by Michael Arndt, to better reflect what takes place with Luke, Han, and Leia in their later years, which may be something completely different from what fans have been awaiting. More news could be announced on Star Wars Day, May 4th.
