NFL star and chronic free agent Terrell Owens has undergone knee surgery to fix an offseason injury that will likely put him out of commission until late November.
The five-time All-Pro wide receiver became a free agent after ending his season with the Cincinnati Bengals and is said to have completed the knee procedure within the last month after tearing his anterior cruciate ligament.
The injury occurred when Owens was filming a television show for VH1 according to one source, while another source told ESPN that the injury occurred during a personal workout.
You may recall that Owens also tore the cartilage in his left knee on Dec. 19.
