‘Nashville’ Star Hayden Panettiere A Bridezilla Already?

Nashville star Hayden Panettiere, 24, took a good six months before finally confirming her engagement to boxer Wladimir Klitschko this past October. And now that the cat’s out of the bag, she gets to experience the fun of wedding planning, which includes trying on wedding dresses and dishing about her wedding plans. But don’t expect her to become a Bridezilla anytime soon.

According to a post on ABCnews.com, the blushing bride-to-be, who graces the cover of Bride Magazine this month, is “looking to avoid the whole Bridezilla thing in her upcoming nuptials.” Quoting the article from Brides, the post continues:

“For the aisle, you’re the purest, most emotionally stripped down version of yourself, sharing this raw moment with the most important people in your life…It seems very overwhelming!”

Hayden kept her engagement to Ukranian boxer Wladimir Klitschko a secret for almost six months before revealing the gigantic rock wrapped around her finger on Live with Kelly & Michael in October as previously reported on Inquisitr. But since then, she has shed more light into the pre and post nuptial plans, neither of which categorizes her as a Bridezilla.

Describing her proposal from Kitschko, Panettiere told Brides:

“It wasn’t about being overwhelmed by fireworks or a mariachi band…I think it’s amazing when people do that, but I like that mine was simple and from the heart.”

Hayden Panettiere also opened up to People Magazine about her post wedding plans. Apparently her and Wladimir plan on planting themselves permanently in the city that bears the same name as her TV show: Nashville, Tennessee. According to the People.com article, Hayden said of Nashville:

“After a year and a half of living here, I felt that I had enough personal investment here, that I want to have a grounding here, even if something happens to the show. Knock on wood it won’t! But I have amazing friends here and this just feels good as a home base.”

And while she joked about having normal sized kids with her fiance recently when she appeared on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, Panettiere’s focus isn’t that far ahead as the two are still planning the wedding, with nothing set in stone yet.

In the meantime, she’ll have to settle for trying on wedding dresses for the cover of Bride Magazine before actually fitting into her own. For the April/May cover, Hayden was shot by photographer Brian Bowen Smith in a low cut gown designed by Naeem Khan and styled by Jessica de Ruiter. Panettiere is adorable in the shot, and looks nothing like a Bridezilla. That is, for now.
