Khloe Kardashian Doing Fine Without Lamar, ‘I Have No Regrets’
For reality TV star Khloe Kardashian the last few months have been tough, being in the public eye and going through a divorce is not an easy thing to handle for anyone, famous or not.
Appearing in the cover of Cosmopolitan magazine and with a featured piece in the March edition, the Kardashian clan member opens up about life after Lamar for the first time since filling for divorce from the NBA star in December of 2013.
Khloe dismissed suggestions that she regrets her public persona and that of her very famous sister Kim Kardashian:
“Your life is meant for you to understand and process, not to make anyone else happy. (My sister) Kim was so thrashed for her marriage and it not working out. If she wasn’t happy it took guts to say, ‘You know what? I can’t do this anymore.’ But you’re damned if you do and damned if you don’t.”
“People hate us for showing stuff and they hate us when we say, ‘Fine, we won’t show it anymore, I don’t have any regrets. I wouldn’t change a thing. You learn as you go.”
However, Khloe Kardashian confesses she has a hard time sharing her personal problems with others:
“I’m very introverted when it comes to my own stuff. Everyone has issues and I’m not someone who likes to burden people (…) I hold things in.”

But the 29-year-old member of the Kardashian clan is grateful to have a family that supports her through hard times, such as the very painful divorce from Lamar Odon.
“We live in the public eye, so if one of us makes a mistake, it affects everyone. We’re so judged when we leave these walls that we try never to do that to one another.”
Khloe Kardashian posed for the cover of Cosmo with a very revealing, low cut top and matching white jacket and shorts, her long hair down.
For the reality TV celebrity thinking too far ahead is not a good thing and she likes to live in the moment and take things as they come:
“I live for the moment. If you think too far in the future, you might get disappointed or set the bar too low. It sucks at times, but everything happens for a reason, no matter how sh**ty your circumstances are. To say where I want to be in 10 years (…)I have no idea. I just know that I want to be happy and smiling.”
Khloe Kardashian — who is known for her love of children — says she wants to have her own kids, “I hope and pray I have kids when the time is right.”
