Nikki Reed & Paul McDonald Engaged Already?

Talk about ‘love at first site’- Nikki Reed, who plays Rosalie Hale in the Twilight flicks, and American Idol finalist Paul McDonald are engaged.

The young couple, who met and began dating in March of this year, were seen together jewelry shopping at the Topanga Days festival last weekend. However, it wasn’t until the MTV Movie Awards on Sunday night that we got to see Nikki sporting her new ‘bling’, a sure sign that McDonald had proposed.

When recently questioned about her whirlwind romance with Paul, Reed said:

“I love him and I don’t care. I’ve never met anyone like him. I’ve never met anyone who has such a good solid heart and comes from such a good solid family and is just a genuine person. We have the exact same sense of humor. I’ve never laughed so much with anyone as I do with him.”

Sounds like a match made in pop-star heaven.
