Sleepless In Seattle Musical On The Way, Hopes For Broadway Run


It’s been 18 years since the Sleepless in Seattle graced the big screen and now it’s being revived, this time as a musical adaptation by the Pasadena Playhouse in California.

According to Variety, Sleepless: The Musical will keep the same storyline of a young boy trying to find a date for his widowed father. The musical is being composed by Michelle Citrin, Michael Garin and Josh Nelson and will be directed by Joel Zwick.

The production is set to open in June 2012 and with stage favorite Zwick directing a great white way spot is being eyed for the future.
