Network TV on Saturday announced various show cancellations and for the most part there were no big surprises with ratings flops all being pulled including the Dick Wolf created Law & Order: L.A.
Also included was NBC cult show The Event which was pulled after ratings fell dramatically, while ABC cancelled a slew of shows including Brothers & Sisters, No Ordinary Family, V, Detroit 1-8-7 and Off the Map.
Of those shows Law & Order was the hardest fought for series by show creators and the network, after the show was pulled the first time it was revamped to appease audiences but failed to grab the type of ratings other Law & Order series have managed in the past.
