Taylor Swift ‘Didn’t Fit’ At Victoria’s Secret Show, Says Jessica Hart

Taylor Swift recently performed at the annual Victoria’s Secret fashion show. However, at least one model thought the young singer was a little out-of-place.

Jessica Hart, Victoria’s Secret model extraordinaire, didn’t think Swift was the right choice to perform at the event. Although she doesn’t personally have a problem with the singer, Hart believes organizers probably should have picked someone else for the gig.

The comment arose during Hart’s interview with WWD. When asked if Taylor Swift would make a great Victoria’s Secret model, Jessica Hart said the singer should probably keep her day job.

“I think, you know what, God bless her heart. I think she’s great. But I don’t know, to me, she didn’t fit. I don’t know if I should say that,” Hart explained.

The model continued, “I think what you find is that for a lot of us, we’ve been working for 14, 15 years; what it takes to make it here comes from experience and confidence and knowing how to be confident with yourself. I think it comes with age. It’s definitely the benchmark of all jobs.”

In other words, Taylor Swift might be ready to model in a few years. For the time being, she should stick to writing songs about her ex-boyfriends and selling millions of records. Of course, Swift probably has zero interest in strutting her stuff on the Victoria’s Secret runway for a living.

According to the Daily Mail, the singer got plenty of love from some of the other models who attended this year’s Victoria’s Secret fashion show. Karlie Kloss was clearly impressed with Swift’s performance at the recent event.

“She and I need to be best friends! I think she’s the coolest young girl. She’s a great role model, and I love her music. It’s happening. I mean, girl power,” the model told Us Weekly.

Model and Nashville native Lily Aldridge was also quite pleased with Taylor Swift’s stint at the fashion show. The pair even took a trip down the runway together at one point during the event. Shortly after the show wrapped up, Aldridge gushed about their time together.

“We had a little moment at the end of her song Trouble, where we walked in front of the stage together. [Taylor] is one of my best friends, so we had so much fun,” she said.

What do you think about Jessica Hart’s comments regarding Taylor Swift? Do you think the singer has what it takes to become a Victoria’s Secret model?
