Chris Brown Enters Rehab Facility, Will Undergo Anger Management

R&B artist Chris Brown has checked in to a rehab facility that specialized in anger management issues. The singer checked into the facility days after he was arrested for assaulting a man outside of a Washington D.C. hotel.

Brown was dropped off at the facility by his lawyer Mark Geragos, an obvious sign that his legal team is attempting to avoid jail time for a possible probation violation.

Chris Brown is still serving a five-year probationary period after he punched Rihanna in the face.

The L.A. County probation department has launched a full investigation to determine if Brown violated his probation after the singer allegedly punched a guy in the nose.

After he was released from a D.C. jail Chris Brown immediately hopped on a plane and flew to Los Angeles. Brown met with L.A. County Probation Department officials immediately after his return.

Insiders have claimed since the investigation began that Chris Brown’s probation will likely be terminated and he could face up to 4 years behind bars.

Chris Brown was also escorted to the rehab facility by his mother and girlfriend Karrueche.

If Brown’s probation is pulled attending the rehab facility may not help him avoid jail time, however it could help the singer avoid a longer prison sentence.

In the meantime D.C. officials have been in contact with Probation officials in Los Angeles to discuss the attack.

Chris Brown was released with no bond and he pled not guilty to the attack. Official statements about what happened before and during the fight have been conflicting.

Do you think Chris Brown should have his probation revoked and then spend some time behind bars?
