Duck Dynasty Star Kicked Out Of New York Hotel, Thought He Was Homeless

Duck Dynasty star, Jase Robertson, has confirmed that he was kicked out of a New York City hotel after an employee mistook him for a homeless man.

Robertson described the surreal moment when he appeared on, Live With Kelly and Michael, on Wednesday morning.

He stated, “The first thing that happened to me at the hotel was I got escorted out,” and Robertson then jokingly added that it simply a case of “facial-profiling.” Robertson added that the hotel official just didn’t know who he was.

Robertson continued, “I asked where the bathroom was and he said, ‘Right this way, sir.’ He was very nice. He walked me outside, pointed down the road and said, ‘Good luck’.” He then added, “So I circled back around and my wife said, ‘What happened?’ and I just said I just got kicked out.”

Robertson admitted that he remained at the hotel, and didn’t blame the establishment or the employee for the incident.

The Robertson family are currently touring the United States ahead of the season 4 premiere of Duck Dynasty, which occurred on Wednesday evening on A&E. It was watched by 11.8 million viewers, which made it the most-watched nonfiction series in the history of cable television.

Previously, The Inquisitr reported that the cast of The Duck Dynasty now earn around $200,000 per episode.

Back in July the website noted, “A fourth season of the show was put in doubt a few weeks before the end of season three. The show was bringing in millions of viewers and the cast members wanted to get a pay raise from A&E. According to MSN, the Robertson family was asking for more than $200,000 per episode. It’s unclear what A&E agreed to pay its cast members but, well, it doesn’t matter any more.”

Would you mistake the cast of Duck Dynasty for homeless people?
