Jenna Jameson Loses Custody Of Twin Boys

After allegedly beating her assistant with a brass knuckle iPhone accessory, Jenna Jameson has lost custody of her 4-year-old twin boys.

The boys were taken from Jameson’s care on Sunday and handed over to their father, Tito Ortiz.

Tito requested sole custody of the children after fearing that their mother may have become too unstable to care for them any longer.

Ortiz is not only caring for the boys at this time. Jenna has moved out of their shared Huntington Beach, California home.

Jenna Jameson was never formerly charged for the beat down of her assistant. At the time of the dropped charges, the district attorney’s office said it “declined to file charges based on insufficient evidence.”

Before her arrest, Jameson appeared to have defended her actions, tweeting that a friend had broken into her house. The initial tweet from Jameson’s Twitter account was removed only a little while after being publicly posted. The alleged victim of the Jameson assault placed her boss under citizen’s arrest until police could arrive. Shortly after the assault, a restraining order was filed against the former porn star.

Jenna Jameson is no stranger to run-ins with the law. Last year she ran her car into a pole while under the influence of alcohol. Jameson is currently serving three years of active probation for that offense.

At this time, Jenna and her reps are not commenting on the state of her child custody battle. Further comments about her restraining order has also been kept at bay.
