Britney Spears suffers third Twitter hacking this morning
Sheepish Britney handlers posted a quick FYI for fans who might have been offended by a series of puzzling tweets posted on the singer’s Twitter account over the past day while Britney’s been on tour in Australia.
The offending tweets may have been scary to her fan base, regarding Satanism and the New World Order:
i hope that the new world order will arrive as soon as possible- Britney
I give myself to Lucifer every day for it to arrive as quickly as possible. Glory to Satan!
Whoever is responsible for Brit’s tweets quickly posted a retraction:
Britney’s twitter account was just hacked. The situation has been resolved and we apologize for any offense the hacker’s messages caused.
This is the third time poor Brit has been the target of Twitter terrorists, with a death hoax previously promoted on her Twitter account. And though normalcy has been returned to Britney’s account, #DontHackBritney remains a trending topic on Twitter. No comment from Chris Crocker on the incident.
