Hollywood star Leonardo DiCaprio is reportedly selling his Malibu bachelor pad for $23 million after previously renting the property for $75,000 a month.

According to the listing, the four-bedroom main home offers ocean views and a completely renovated kitchen, while a the second home, a two-bedroom detached guest house, offers maids quarters and private beach entry.

The third boasts a gym, media room, seventh bedroom, and a home office.

The property also comes with six parking spaces, leaving plenty of room for your quiver of expensive cars.

Trulia writes:

“Completely renovated from head to toe, this unique home also includes private parking, maid quarters, gardens, lawns and private beach entry making it one luxurious beachfront compound.”

DiCaprio originally purchased the Cape Cod-inspired compound for $6 million in 2002.

In addition to the Malibu beachfront home, Leonardo DiCaprio has another property nearby which he has put up for sale, according to Celebscoop.

The Titanic star, who recently split with Victoria’s Secret model Erin Heatherton, also owns two properties in Los Angeles but is reported to spend the bulk of his time in New York.

This morning at about 2:30AM I decided to give up Washington, D.C after twenty three years there. Was heading to a hospital there today and decided to stick with Delaware for the time being. Have a traffic citation and have to go to court over that on Tuesday was a part of the reason the rest was just the friends that I have made here in the Delaware beach area, spared for the most part from Hurricane Sandy.

I use to call my brother, Donny, Leonardo. Or Donny DiCaprio and he loved that. They looked somewhat alike. Irish heritage in part. So, with a beach house in Malibu at $23 million and deciding to sell and my 23 years of Washington, D.C. that I gave up this morning, I am sure that this was meant to be. Hope it sells at 23 milllion, maybe even today. Leonardo DiCaprio may want to give Delaware a twist. I am here. No bachlorette pad but I could use one! Pamela Bunting Lewis November 9th, 2012.

Yeah, given Prop 30 taxes to come I would exit California as fast as possible before my property had no buyers. Seriously, why would you move-to/remain in California to pay more taxes?
