Hilary Duff Opens Up On ‘Excitement’ Of New Relationship, And How A Stranger Returned Her Phone

Hilary Duff showed off her fishing skills on Sunday, posting a photo of herself with two decent-sized fish that she caught herself. Claiming that she planned to eat them for lunch, the former Lizzie McGuire actress admitted that she would have felt guilty for catching fish if she wasn’t going to eat them.

Hilary Duff has been in show business since she was a child, and many people will remember her childhood commercials and television programs. Like other child stars, Hilary Duff gained fame when she worked with Disney on a number of projects. She found mainstream success when she starred in Lizzie McGuire, and she also recorded the singles “I Can’t Wait” and “The Tiki Tiki Tiki Room.”

Duff matured differently to many other Disney child actors, who’ve often resorted to sexually explicit behavior in order to influence fans and media to accept them as mainstream adult celebrities. However, this singer/actress has never resorted to any of these tactics and instead, fans watched Hilary Duff mature into an adult celebrity with style. She wrote songs like “Stranger” and “Play with Fire,” which explored the themes of infidelity and relationship failure.

Even though the actress was romantically involved with Aaron Carter and Joel Madden, the “Come Clean” singer has never commented about her love life.

It was only after she married hockey player Mike Comrie that Duff allowed her personal life to be subjected to media scrutiny. In 2011, Hilary surprised her fans by revealing that she was pregnant. Her fans were quite taken aback by her pregnancy because they expected the actress to continue wearing a persona like her Disney character. According to MTV, Hillary Duff spoke about how her pregnancy helped her reorient herself in the minds of her fans.

“Everyone thinks I’m such a good girl — but I figured it out.”

Even though the singer/actress and Mike were good friends, they finally divorced due to irreconcilable differences. Recently, Duff shared an Instagram photo showing her kissing Jason Walsh, the personal trainer who’s rumored to be her current boyfriend. Rumors about the couple started doing the rounds when they were spotted partying together at the opening of Jason’s Rise Nation Fitness Studio. Duff later commented that they enjoyed a casual relationship, then earlier this year she was again spotted with Mike in Los Angeles. People magazine reports that Hilary Duff recently appeared on Good Day New York and revealed that Jason was the person who brought excitement back into her life.

“We’ve known each other for a really long time and he’s a great guy and we have a lot of fun together. It’s nice to have that excitement in my life.”

Cosmopolitan reports that Hilary Duff is quite serious about her relationship with Jason and that she loves spending time alone with him.

In fact, Hilary Duff and Jason Walsh were photographed together at LAX airport on November 13 – the same day that Duff’s fishing photo was posted – suggesting that the pair were enjoying a fishing trip together.

Even though the actress proudly shared her photo with Mike on Instagram, Hilary Duff now ensures she has no private photos stored on her mobile due to the recent leakage of private and embarrassing images on the internet. Recently, the actress appeared on The Ellen DeGeneres Show and revealed an incident in Wilshire Boulevard when the “All About You” singer almost lost her mobile phone after failing to pick it up from the hood of her car.

Fortunately for her, a stranger found her phone and pursued Duff to hand over the phone. According to Just Jared, Hilary Duff expressed her appreciation to the phone-saviors, who quickly took a selfie with Hilary.

“I’d want to say thank you. What would you do without your phone? I spent an hour without it and was losing my mind. I appreciate their dedication to jumping in the middle of Wilshire.”
