Vicki Gunvalson Lying About Her New Man And Repeating Mistakes She Made With Brooks Ayers?

Vicki Gunvalson knows that she made some mistakes with Brooks Ayers last year as they filmed The Real Housewives of Orange County together. Vicki realized that Brooks might have been lying about some things in their relationship, including him suffering from cancer again. Many of Vicki’s friends kept telling her about the red flags they saw, but Gunvalson chose to believe him and stand by his side, which caused several rifts in her friendships with the ladies. These days, she’s trying to move on, and she has definitely moved on with her dating life.

According to a new tweet, Vicki Gunvalson proudly introduced her new man on this week’s episode of The Real Housewives of Orange County and Tamra Judge quickly admitted that she had done a background check on this man. They are all very skeptical of the men Vicki are bringing into her life, and she should be thankful for her co-stars watching over her. After her co-stars had met Steve Lodge on Monday’s episode, Gunvalson decided to introduce him to her Twitter fans.

“What do you think ladies? He was even named one of the 25 Most Beautiful People of the OC,” Vicki Gunvalson revealed on Twitter, sharing an article about her new man, Steve Lodge.

“Yeah…cuz it’s all about looks, isn’t it!” one person wrote to Vicki, questioning her motives, to which Gunvalson added, “did I mention he was chief of police?”

“Chief of Police? Where? His online bios (vying for public office) say otherwise. More LIES Vicki! Tsk, tsk, tsk!” the follower wrote back, pointing to various reports that claim Lodge had tried to get involved with politics, to which Vicki Gunvalson changed her tune, writing, “I did not say that! Rewatch and repeat the truth, not a fabricated lie.”

Maybe Vicki Gunvalson was referring to the fact that she hadn’t brought up Lodge’s political ambitions, but this was something various tabloids discovered when Vicki announced that she was dating him back in the spring. She shared pictures of him on Twitter, and it didn’t take long for tabloids to learn who he was. And the hunt quickly started to figure out who he was and if he was anything like Brooks Ayers. But it sounds like some of her followers believe that she could be making the same mistakes that she made with Brooks — arguing on his behalf.

“Of course, she got caught, AGAIN! Instead of going out every night why doesn’t she help her sick daughter at home w/2 kids,” a second follower wrote to Vicki, who had denied lying about her boyfriend’s career ambitions.

Since Vicki Gunvalson has been dating Lodge for months, her family has already had the chance to meet him. Gunvalson’s daughter, who was very critical of Brooks Ayers, has given her stamp of approval of this new man and it sounds like he fits right into the family. Plus, he doesn’t seem eager to be in the spotlight, as he hasn’t given any interviews in regards to the Real Housewives of Orange County. It is possible he doesn’t even want anything to do with the show, just as Bethenny Frankel’s new boyfriend won’t be filming The Real Housewives of New York with her.

But don’t expect Tamra Judge to say anything about Vicki’s new man. Based on the previews for the next couple of episodes, it sounds like Tamra and Gunvalson are no longer friends.
