Dance Moms TV personality Abbey Lee Miller has officially criticized Toddlers & Tiaras breakout star Honey Boo Boo Child for her weight.

When asked what she thinks of Alana Thompson, the brutal dance instructor quipped “not much,” saying that the 7-year-old needs to embrace fitness now if she wants to win in pageants. Spotted in West Hollywood, she told a TMZ cameraman that Honey Boo Boo “needs to get in shape. She needs to be at a dance studio. She needs to be training. She needs to work on her turnout — the whole nine yards.”

Honey Boo Boo, who broke out on her previous show Toddlers & Tiaras and eventually transitioned to TLC’s popular Here Comes Honey Boo Boo, liberally eats whatever she pleases, including a particularly curious blend of Mountain Dew and Red Bull affectionately referred to as “Go Go Juice,” notes MSN. On Wednesday night, Alana met her new niece, Baby Kaitlyn, in the Season 1 finale of her new show. Upon meeting Baby Kaitlyn, Honey Boo Boo declared “I poop bigger.”

Someone just realized she’s not the baby anymore!

Despite her odd behavior, Alana virtually transforms on the stage from caricature to runway queen. “Once she gets into pageant mode she becomes a different child,” her mother Shannon said from the audience.

What do you think of Dance Moms instructor Abbey Lee Miller’s comments about Honey Boo Boo’s weight? Oh, and before you take a look at Miller and decide it’s a case of the pot calling the kettle black, she clarified to TMZ that she’s not happy about her own weight struggles. Still, for me it’s like, “come on Miller … she’s seven,” but what do I know, I don’t have a show.

    This article acts like poor eating choices is perfectly acceptable. A doctor would say the same, the kid needs to lose way before its too late and she is like her mother for the rest of her life. Giving an obese child a Mountain Dew should be punishable as child abuse.

    Is that picture of the little tub supposed to be "cute"? What mother would allow such a picture of their child like that all over the internet? Again, we emulate the way wrong things in this country. For the love o God let the kid get healthy before she has a heart attack at 22.
