Nene Leakes Wants To Leave Real Housewives
Since “Real Housewives” star Nene Leakes was hired by “Glee” and “The New Normal” creator Ryan Murphy as a comedic actress and frequent collaborator on his comedy-driven shows, it was only a matter of time before Leaks truly broke out of the pack. Leakes, who made a few reoccurring guest appearances on “Glee” last season, and can now be seen on a weekly basis on the runaway hit The New Normal”, has said that she’s thinking of her future as an actress and it doesn’t look like there’s any room for “The Real Housewives” on her full plate.
In an interview Nene Leakes did with The New York Post she details her feelings on her future, and if she had the choice, it looks like Season 5 may be the last for the real housewife. In fact, she alludes that her Housewife persona may be the reason for missed opportunities in her dream field, stating:
“Probably. I don’t know that for sure. Just the thought of me being a ‘Housewife,’ they would probably say ‘Hmmm. We may not want to use her.’ Just the whole persona of being a Housewife. The cattiness and the bitchiness and the fighting. People see you as that is who you are.”
On the possibility of someday following in Real Housewives Bethenny Frankel’s footsteps in hosting a TV show, Leaks said:
“It’s just a matter of time. I am here now, because I am supposed to be here. And I guess when it is my time to cross over there, I will be over there. I am not religious, but I am spiritual, honey. My day is coming!”

I love NeNe Leakes. I think that she is a woman who is not afraid to speak her mind, and that is respected. Some people see it as being rude, but I don't. You can respect a person when they tell you the truth, but most people want to be babied and lied to. I think that given her background from being with an abusive man, she doesn't want to be a victim anymore. Who can blame her… I think that everyone should give her a chance and stop judging. No one is perfect, but I think she is very entertaining. You go girl! Always a fan… Take Care.

I Love nene . Sounds like we have haters. Nene makes the show. So if you need to leave nene. Go gracesfully.Yes we all know where we come from.And I,m sure nene is thankful from where she started from.But when God says move she doing that if she needs too.You go Nene and get yours.:-)
