Selena Gomez Upset With Justin Bieber And Kourtney Kardashian Romance?
Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber have had an off-again, on-again romantic relationship for years. But even though their romance reportedly is in an “off” phase, Selena has concerns about Justin’s hookup with Kourtney Kardshian, an insider told In Touch Weekly.
The latest drama between Gomez and Bieber reportedly began after the tragic death of The Voice alum Christina Grimmie, who was a friend to Selena. With that loss still painful, Gomez determined that she still is in love with Justin. But is it too late to try again when it comes to Jelena (Justin + Selena)?
“Justin explained that he is quietly seeing Kourtney Kardashian again. [Selena is] enraged.”
Gossip Cop investigated the In Touch report, in which the insider also claims that Gomez “wants to give her love with Justin Bieber another chance,” and that Selena is looking at her life in a different way after her friend’s death.
“[Gomez] realized life is short, so she called [Bieber] and told him she loved him,” claimed the insider. “The news [about Kourtney] was a blow to Selena… who is used to relying on Justin in tough times. Now, she’s incessantly calling, texting, and emailing [Bieber]. She’s determined to get him back.”
As for the romance between Kardashian and Justin, People magazine confirmed that the two were partying in Miami together earlier this month and have been hooking up off and on for several months, with multiple sources providing the confirmation.
“They have hooked up a few times, including recently.”
However, the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star, who has three children, is careful when it comes to her children, emphasized one of the sources. Although Bieber has met Kourtney’s children, the couple hooks up only on nights when they can go out and she has someone to take care of her youngsters at home.
Kardashian, 37, and Justin 22, might not seem to have much in common, but one of People‘s sources explained her appeal.
“Kourtney is great. Justin thinks it’s cool that she is older and hot. She isn’t clingy and has her own life…She is very easy going and just makes it fun for him to be around her.”
In addition, E News cited an observer of the “playful energy” and relationship vibes between Kourtney and Justin during the Fourth of July holiday weekend, when they reunited at a nightclub in Miami.
Kardashian and Bieber have a mutual friend, David Grutman, who owns the nightclub where the two reunited. The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star and pop singer helped Grutman celebrate his 36th birthday.
“Justin walked Kourtney in and they talked closely at her table and had a laugh,” revealed the observer.
Life & Style also notes that Kardashian and Bieber have been spending more time together recently, but has a claim beyond a playful romance. Adding to recent reports that Kourtney is pregnant with her fourth child, Life & Style‘s insider alleges that Justin is “eager” to become a daddy.
“Justin would love to have a child with her. They even used to joke about co-parenting a mini Bieber.”
However, while Kardashian’s ex Scott Disick, the father of her three children, is described as “pissed,” it’s not yet known who is the father.
“A paternity test is the only answer at this point, but it’s the last thing in the world [Kourtney] wants to do,” added the insider.
