‘Teen Mom 2’ Kailyn Lowry Plans To Gain Full Custody Of Lincoln While Javi Marroquin Is Deployed?

Kailyn Lowry and Javi Marroquin’s divorce may be a messy one.

Just weeks after the Teen Mom 2 star confirmed her plans for divorce, a source claims she and her husband are headed for a custody battle over their two-year-old son, Lincoln Marshall Marroquin.

“[Kailyn Lowry] is trying to get full custody for their two-year old son, Lincoln,” an insider told Life & Style magazine on June 8. “Kailyn plans to tell the court she believes Javi is a cheater and she has been the one fully taking care of their son while he’s been away.”

Although the source claims Marroquin is the cheater, there have also been plenty of rumors regarding Kailyn Lowry’s alleged cheating, one of which claimed she had gotten cozy with Jo Rivera while in Los Angeles in April. Marroquin also called out his wife on Twitter during Season 7, claiming he was amused by the fact that she was caught texting a man named Tyler Hill on the show, reminding fans she was also accused of texting the same man during Season 6.

Either way, Marroquin, who is currently deployed in Qatar, is reportedly not on board with Kailyn Lowry having full custody, by any means.

“Javi thinks he deserves custody,” the source explained. “And he’s spent the past three years helping co-parent Isaac [Kailyn Lowry’s son, six, with ex Jo Rivera] and thinks he deserves partial custody of him. He’s ready to fight.”

This isn’t the first time fans are hearing about a potential custody battle over Lincoln. Back in April, when In Touch Weekly claimed Kailyn Lowry had spent time with Rivera in her hotel room in L.A., a source claimed their future custody battle could get “nasty.”

“Jo even stayed in her hotel room until 3 a.m., talking. [Kailyn Lowry]’s jealous of his fiancée, Vee [Torres], and will always have a special place in her heart for him,” an insider explained. “Kailyn has been telling friends that she and Jo could still get back together.”

Jo Rivera and Vee Torres became engaged months ago after dating for about three years. They are also parents to a baby girl, who arrived late last year.

As for Kailyn Lowry’s marriage, the source added at the time, “They were already having trouble, now Kailyn believes Javi cheated with a woman he’s been hanging out with… It’s definitely over. It’s sad, but it looks like they could wind up in a nasty custody battle [over son Lincoln, 2].”

Kailyn Lowry and Javi Marroquin got married in 2012 just before he traveled out of state for Air Force training. Then, in 2013, they celebrated their marriage with a second, much larger ceremony at an aquarium in Camden, New Jersey, and weeks later, their son was born.

Since 2014, Kailyn Lowry and Javi Marroquin have been facing marital troubles, many of which have been seen on Teen Mom 2. However, after the couple completed filming on Season 6, their marriage was believed to be in a good place.

Sadly, late last year, Kailyn Lowry and Javi Marroquin hit a rocky patch yet again after Lowry suffered a miscarriage, and the ordeal appeared to drive a wedge between them that they were never able to mend.
