Gwen Stefani And Blake Shelton Are Planning To Get Married And Start A Family?

What’s next for Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton? According to recent reports, the couple is both engaged and planning for a family.

Earlier this month, Gwen Stefani attended the Radio Disney Music Awards, where she was allegedly sporting a baby bump, and weeks later, during the Wango Tango Music Festival in Los Angeles, fans couldn’t help but notice the diamond ring on her engagement finger. But are Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton really ready to get married and have children together?

Although reports of an engagement ring were recently shot down by Hollywood Life, a source told the outlet that Gwen Stefani would love for Shelton to propose.

“As far as the ring is concerned that was worn at Wango Tango, it is not an engagement ring from Blake but it is Gwen’s attempt at giving Blake the hint that he should ask soon because she is more than ready for it to happen,” the source explained. “If he is ready to pop the question she is ready to say yes!”

As for Gwen Stefani’s alleged baby bump, rumors have been swirling in regard to the singer starting IVF, but apparently, those reports are false. After In Touch Weekly claimed Gwen Stefani was desperate to have a child, or possibly twins, with Shelton, a rep for Stefani told Gossip Cop the report was “untrue.”

While Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton may not be ready to settle down quite yet, that isn’t to say they aren’t completely head over heels in love. In fact, that seemed to be confirmed by Shelton during a recent interview.

Following the release of his duet with Gwen Stefani earlier this year, Shelton sat down for a candid interview about his love for his girlfriend.

“I tell people all the time, ‘Gwen saved my life last year,'” Shelton said in a new interview with CMT’s Hot 20 Countdown, according to a report by People Magazine on May 18. “She did, and I think she would probably tell you something similar about me.”

When Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton began dating, she was newly single after splitting from former husband Gavin Rossdale after 13 years of marriage, and he had just parted ways with ex-wife Miranda Lambert after a four-year marriage.

“It’s not something that anybody could have seen coming, besides God, I guess. It doesn’t look like it makes sense, you know? But all I can tell you is, it does, it just makes the most perfect sense for us and where we’re at in our lives,” he explained.

Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton bonded during The Voice Season 9 in a way they hadn’t during Season 7. While Season 7 saw the couple happily married to their spouses, Season 9 featured the singers adjusting to life as singles, and before they knew it, sparks were flying.

“Even coming into [her] second season [working on] The Voice, I didn’t even really know her that well. All of a sudden this thing just happened because of some things we were going through and it saved my life, period.”

Rocker chic Gwen Stefani and country boy Blake Shelton may not look like the most obvious of couples, but according to him, things between them have been working great, and who knows what the future may hold? Either way, fans are sure to see much more of Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton’s romance.
