‘Teen Mom 2’ Kailyn Lowry Re-Tweets Message About ‘Mistakes’ Amid Javi Marroquin Divorce Rumors

Kailyn Lowry and Javi Marroquin have been facing rumors of a split for months, and as time goes on, the Teen Mom 2 couple continues to add to speculation regarding the possible end of their marriage on Twitter.

Months after Kailyn Lowry and Javi Marroquin were involved in an online dispute over an allegedly inappropriate photo sent by Marroquin to another woman, the mother of two shared a series of re-tweets which hinted that the ongoing rumors may be true.

“I’m not perfect, I make mistakes just like you!!” read a re-tweet shared by Kailyn Lowry on May 15, which was originally posted by Willie Taylor.

Last month, a source spoke to In Touch Weekly, stating that although Kailyn Lowry claimed things between her and Marroquin were “good” while attending the MTV Movie Awards in early April, she later spent time with her ex-boyfriend, Jo Rivera, in her hotel room.

During the event, Kailyn Lowy walked the red carpet with Rivera, who is currently engaged to Vee Torres, the mother of his youngest child, and in photos, she was seen without her wedding ring.

“Jo even stayed in her hotel room until 3 a.m., talking. She’s jealous of his fiancée, Vee [Torres], and will always have a special place in her heart for him,” an insider explained. “[Kailyn Lowry] has been telling friends that she and Jo could still get back together.”

Meanwhile, claimed the source, Kailyn Lowry also suspected her husband of being unfaithful while overseas in Qatar, where he’s been since early this year.

“They were already having trouble, now [Kailyn Lowry] believes Javi cheated with a woman he’s been hanging out with,” the source explained. “It’s definitely over. It’s sad, but it looks like they could wind up in a nasty custody battle [over son Lincoln, 2].”

Around the time of her first re-post, Kailyn Lowry shared another, which read, “Unbothered.”

Kailyn Lowry and Javi Marroquin have appeared to be on the rocks since March when Marroquin proclaimed on Twitter that he had sent a photo to a woman named Kimberly. In the months since the incident, both Kailyn Lowry and her husband have been seen frequently without their wedding bands. In fact, Kailyn Lowry hasn’t been spotted with her ring on in months and Marroquin has been seen with his in just one photo.

In addition, Marroquin recently spoke out on Twitter about his relationship in a series of cryptic tweets.

“I had to let go of us to show myself what I could do,” Marroquin tweeted, according to a Radar Online report last week. “And if you wanna know about my marriage… We’re on TV. You’ll find out eventually.”

After his tweets were posted, Marroquin was faced with comments from fans about his step-son, 6-year-old Isaac. In particular, one woman claimed Marroquin should feel “terrible” for Isaac.

In response, Kailyn Lowry’s husband wrote, “That’s my best friend… [I’m] hurting just as much as he is.”

Kailyn Lowry and Javi Marroquin tied the knot in September 2012 and celebrated their marriage with a bigger ceremony one year later, which was quickly followed by the birth of their son, Lincoln, now 2.

Throughout the sixth season of Teen Mom 2, Kailyn Lowry and Marroquin were extremely open with viewers about their marital troubles but after the season wrapped, they claimed to be in a better place.
