Jared Leto, Halsey Hug It Out At Coachella: Are They Dating?

Jared Leto was spotted hugging singer Halsey at Coachella over the weekend. Now, the media is wondering if the two stars are dating.

Jared Leto, 44, and Halsey, 21, were seen hugging it out at the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival on Sunday, April 17. According to a report on the Hollywood Life, the two couldn’t get enough of each other. Leto and Halsey were seen brightly smiling as they had their arms around each other. The celebrity gossip blog believes that the pair could be falling in love even though they probably just met.

In one photo, Jared’s arm is seem draped around Halsey’s shoulders as she rests her hand on his chest. They appear to be leaning their bodies against each other and having a good time. There’s also another photo of Jared and Halsey watching one of the shows together from the side of the stage, but Hollywood Life didn’t publish those photos. Jared is supposedly standing so close to the singer that he slides his arms around her waist.

She was photographed wearing a pair of distressed jeans with a blue camouflage halter top. Meanwhile, Leto wore a white sleeveless shirt with jeans and a plaid shirt tied around his waist. They even matched with their grunge attire and arm tattoos.

Halsey, whose real name is Ashley Frangipane, was a performer at the music festival. While Halsey was seen enjoying the music on Sunday, she took the stage for her own electrifying performance on Saturday night.

“Coachella was lit lol,” she captioned a photo of herself up on stage as flames blew around her.

The singer surprised concert goers when she brought out Panic! at the Disco frontman Brendon Urie on stage with her for a special duet.

Are Halsey and Leto really dating, though? Sure, they look cozy and happy with each other but that doesn’t necessarily mean that Leto and Halsey are dating.

The Suicide Squad star was last linked to Russian model Valery Kaufman, 21, whom he dated last year, according to the Daily Mail. Jared has been quiet about his high-profiled relationships, but there have been rumors about him and fellow Oscar winner Lupita Nyong’o in the years of 2014 and 2015. He was also rumored to be hooking up with Miley Cyrus for some time.

It’s not clear if Halsey and Leto are dating. The two stars reportedly met at the 2016 MTV Movie Awards in Los Angeles earlier this month. The “Colors” singer opened up to Rolling Stone about her sexuality. Halsey was asked if she hates being called “tri-bi” on social media because she’s biracial, bipolar, and bisexual.

“I f—ing hate it, the idea that something like that would be trivialized down to a f—ing hashtag. I mean, there’s a ton of biphobia — people refuse to accept bisexuality as an actual sexuality. And I’m biracial, but also white-passing, which is a unique perspective. So these kids say, like, ‘Oh, f—ing tri-bi Halsey! She’ll never miss an opportunity to talk about it!’ I want to sit them down like a mom and go, ‘Six months ago you were begging for an artist that would talk about this s—! But then I do, and you say, ‘Oh, not her. Someone else.'”

Meanwhile, Jared Leto has been making headlines for sending the Suicide Squad cast members strange gifts like used condoms and dead rats in preparation for his role as the Joker.
