Jennifer Aniston has a message for all those who feel insecure about their own bodies. The 47-year-old Friends actress claims all bodies are “beautiful,” according to Today.
Today reported on Jennifer Aniston’s recent interview with Refinery29, in which the Marley & Me actress said all bodies are beautiful, adding that people are so “overly critical” over their overall appearances, about “the obsession with perfection,” and trying to achieve goals that are “unrealistic.”
And there is no reason to not take Jennifer Aniston’s word for it, as the 47-year-old actress sure knows what it’s like being under constant pressure and under the media’s watchful eye.

Jennifer Aniston also said that her self-confidence trick is a fitness-y version of the Serenity Prayer: to take good care of her body, not fretting about the things she can’t change in her body.
“We should take care of what we have and not take it for granted, because it’s our one body.”
But just loving your body because it’s always “beautiful” is not enough. It’s no secret that Jennifer Aniston works hard to keep her body in stunning shape. The Horrible Bosses actress has recently revealed her dieting habits, according to SELF Magazine.
And one thing is certain: The entire world is going to start following Jennifer Aniston’s tips now, because who doesn’t love her body? The actress revealed her morning routine, which includes lemon water on an empty stomach, meditation, and green smoothies, and it’s all followed by spin classes.

And taking care of the body allows Jennifer Aniston to feel confident about her whole self. In her recent interview with Harper’s Bazaar, Aniston admitted she feels better in her 40s.
“I feel better in my 40s. Not only do you feel better in your body physically, but you’re mentally better.”
And the secret to that degree of peace and self-confidence is in knowing what works for your body and having the understanding of which eating habits to give up and which minor imperfections of your body to not fret about.
Jennifer Aniston previously said that she had the same salad, made personally by her, for 10 years straight when filming Friends. But just recently, Aniston revealed what her everyday diet consists of. And no, it’s not green smoothies for breakfast, lunch, and dinner and in between meals.
In her interview with Elle, Jennifer Aniston revealed her typical daily menu. So for breakfast, the former Friends star has a glass of lukewarm lemon water and then chooses the main meal from a variety of options.
“I have a shake or avocado and eggs, which is one of my favorites. I sprinkle a little coconut oil on that.”
But sometimes the 47-year-old actress cooks a puffed millet cereal and a banana or just goes for a classic oatmeal with an egg white whipped in. It was Jennifer Aniston’s husband, Justin Theroux, who taught the actress the trick of adding egg whites to oatmeal in order to get more protein.
“Right before [the oatmeal] is finished cooking, you just whip in an egg white and it kind of gives it this fluffy texture that’s delicious.”

As for Jennifer Aniston’s lunch, there are also many healthy options, like vegetables or a salad with protein. Dinner, meanwhile, is pretty much the same as lunch. And as for snack, the actress opts for an apple with nuts or almond butter.
But when it comes to Jennifer Aniston’s favorite meal, that’s her husband’s own pasta carbonara, which she calls “irresistible.”
“Pasta has taken over as my new favorite go-to-town food. Yes, [Justin Theroux] has brought the pasta back into my life. I don’t know whether I should thank him or hate him for that.”
