Instagram Has Finally Fixed Their Log Out Problem

The social media name in the news in the last day or two is Instagram, and although some of the news about Instagram is good, the inability to log out has frustrated many users who have tried desperately to log out of Instagram. Users of Instagram ironically took to other forms of social media to find out if others were having the problem and if there was a way that they could actually log out.

According to the Inquisitr, Instagram rumors claim that changes are going into effect that will change your ability to get Instagram alerts from “influencers.” The truth is, the only change that will happen immediately on Instagram is the length of the videos, which can now be up to 60 seconds. For now, changing Instagram notifications will only prove annoying to the average user, as you will get texts all day long from those you follow.

One of the biggest searches yesterday, according to Bustle was “How do I log out of Instagram?” Instagram users are asking for help from anyone about how to log out of the app. The log out button on Instagram used to be pretty straight-forward, but it seems to have disappeared, either through a glitch or as something that got lost in the shuffle. Regardless, Instagram users seem to be panicked.

Instagram finally reached out and said that the log out button will be back, and a fix is in the works, as it is just a bug. But yesterday, people were going back and forth between accounts looking for a fix. Instagram users were frustrated by the glitch, and they are concerned that this is a sign of things to come with the other new changes. They are just waiting to see what will go wrong next on Instagram.

The Sydney Morning Herald says that Instagram users are thinking that change is not good. Instagram had said that changes were coming in the next few months, and then suddenly, users could not log out of their accounts. Even the planned big changes on Instagram are no big deal to the average user, but for the entity or influencer who wants something from you or needs numbers for their marketing, they are up in arms, trying to convince their followers to follow their lead and ignore what Instagram is telling them. For example, Kylie Jenner would like to now be your tech advisor.

Notifications are just the start of the problems, as the log out debacle on Instagram was ruling the day.

The Mirror says that the inability to log out of Instagram is driving people crazy. Users of Instagram were “frothing at the mouth” trying to figure out how to now log out, as they were used to switching between accounts, but Instagram has a solution for this too.

Instagram reached out to the Mirror and said that not only can people once again log out, but now there is no need, as Instagram created a platform where you can now switch between accounts without logging out at all.

Although this has been a rough week for Instagram, the company is promising more positive changes soon. Instagram will be increasingly more user-friendly for the average user.
