Johnny Depp And Vanessa Paradis Spending Time Together, Seen Holding Hands

Johnny Depp and Vanessa Paradis announced their split just a few weeks ago, but the couple was seen spending a family holiday in the South of France with their children and has been spending a lot of time together recently.

The pair have been putting on a united front for the sake of their children, SFGate.com reported, but the outing appeared to be quite friendly. The pair was reportedly seen holding hands during the trip and spending lots of time with their children, Lily Rose and Jack.

Johnny Depp and Vanessa Paradis had been together 14 years before announcing their split in June, following reports that Depp was moving on with “The Rum Diary” co-star Amber Heard. Despite the split the two remained on good terms and had been spending time together regularly since then, being spotted at the Plan de la Tour market near their home in Provence.

The 49-year-old Depp reunited with Paradis at their $5 million mansion in the South of France. Though their official split was preceded by months of speculation and internet-fueled rumors of Johnny Depp’s infidelity, the pair had remained close throughout the break-up and afterward as well.

“They were both relieved they got along well,” a source close to the pair told Us Weekly. The trip took place in late July, and when the family appeared at the market, “they were joking around,” local Sofia DeCout told Us Weekly. “At one point, Johnny held Vanessa’s hand!”

Even with the pleasant gesture, and insider told Us Weekly it doesn’t mean that Johnny Depp and Vanessa Paradis are anywhere close to getting back together. As the insider explained, “They are looking forward, not backward.”
