‘The Young And The Restless’ Spoilers: Victor Tries To Regain Control, Judge Moxley Shakes Things Up, And Stitch Scrambles Over Max

Monday brings an intense episode of The Young and the Restless. Spoilers detail that Victor will be determined to stay out of jail while Phyllis is intent on getting him behind bars for a lengthy stint. The Newman family is up in arms over all that has happened, and they are about to be dealt a shocker.

As SheKnows Soaps details, Victoria will be running things at Newman Enterprises with Nikki’s support, but she’s feeling a bit overwhelmed. Victor is now out on bail, and it doesn’t take him long to head to his office and tell his daughter to get out of his chair.

Victor, Nikki, and Victoria will argue as Vikki says she’s pulling the board together to boot Newman out of his company, but he is determined to maintain control of the company. The Young and the Restless spoilers share that after the women leave, Judge Elise Moxley enters. She’s got his case and he is thrilled, but she laments how one indiscretion is repeatedly being held against her. She says she knows what she needs to do.

Stitch and Abby are under a microscope at the moment after Max told his teacher he was being mistreated at home. The Young and the Restless spoilers share that Dylan will try to smooth things over with the social worker, but that won’t be enough. Stitch and Abby will connect with Michael for help, and they meet with the social worker.

Young and the Restless spoilers indicate that as the trio talk with the social worker, Dylan will talk with Max. Soon the boy admits that he hadn’t been entirely truthful, and he says Stitch never hurt him. A judge will need to sign off on returning Max to his dad, and Abby worries about how this will impact their family, but it looks like things are on the way to being smoothed over for the moment.

Michael and Phyllis will argue at the Club, as what she wants him to do is risky and could cost him his license. Young and the Restless spoilers detail that Jack will get into the mix of this conversation, and things get heated. Finally, Jack convinces Phyllis that there is another way to handle this, and she agrees to try his ideas.

We Love Soaps shares that Sage and Nick will argue a bit over how things are progressing with Shawn, the expectant mom who is considering placing her baby with them for adoption. Sage is not happy about Nick encouraging Shawn to bond with the baby, and Young and Restless spoilers note that Sage will talk about how much she wants the baby. Shawn soon appears and spends more time with Sage.

Nick will remain concerned about how hard Sage is pushing Shawn, and it seems the two ladies will have a tense moment as Sage tries to tease Shawn about cravings. Where is this storyline headed, considering that Young and Restless spoilers tease that the truth about Christian should be coming out soon?

Victoria will try to pressure Nick to rejoin Newman Enterprises to help the company forge ahead without Victor, but he is resistant. Phyllis and Jack will find Victor and taunt him a bit about Jack being cleared of any charges, and they soon see Moxley leaving a chat with Nikki. Young and the Restless spoilers share that Elise will hold a press conference, admitting that she once had an affair with Victor. She then recuses herself from the case.

As the week continues, viewers will see Summer reveal that Natalie had been working with Phyllis and Billy while Jack confronts his wife and his brother about what they’ve been doing together. Neil cautions Devon about Hilary, and Young and Restless spoilers tease that Phyllis and Victoria will have an intense confrontation. Chelsea is worried about where Adam’s head is at, and there is more drama related to Victor and control of the company as well.

Can everybody’s relationships survive this Newman Enterprises challenge? Viewers are anxious to see what comes next as the drama continues on The Young and the Restless.
