Pregnant Woman In Labor Learns Harrowing Truth, Devastating Details About Cheating Lover Via Facebook

For one pregnant woman, the birth of her child turned out to be a bittersweet moment because of her lover’s deceit. Apparently, she didn’t learn of his betrayal until she went into labor and what she saw via Facebook nearly shattered her heart. Now, her shocking story has gone viral.

According to the Daily Mail, Heather McGillion, of Johnstone, Renfrewshire, in Scotland, learned of her lover Adonis Rodriguez’s deceit after photos of his wedding surfaced on Facebook. They’d only been apart for a short period of time because Heather had left the Dominican Republic, where they’d met, to return to Scotland for medical care due to pregnancy complications. Since Adonis was denied a visa, he didn’t make the trip with her. While she was gone, he reportedly began dating another woman whom he ultimately married after a few weeks of dating.

During a recent news interview, Heather recounted how she learned of his deceit. As she was preparing to give birth to their son, a friend reportedly sent her a private message with a photo of Adonis and another woman.

“When I opened the message it felt like I had been hit by a double-decker bus. Adonis had his arms around a woman and she was wearing a wedding dress. It didn’t make sense and the more I thought about it, the more absurd it was. We had only been apart for a few weeks and there was no way Adonis could have met another woman and arranged a wedding in less than a month.”

Initially, the entire revelation only seemed like scattered pieces to a puzzle that made absolutely no sense. But after taking a closer look at the photo, she realized who the woman was. “For a second I didn’t twig who it was. Then to my horror I realized it was Julia,” she recalled.

Heather went on to explain that Julia was a German tourist who came to stay at the hotel where she and Adonis were working as entertainers in the Dominican Republic. Heather, a trained dancer, met Adonis while working at the hotel. She admitted Adonis and Julia had become Facebook friends, and their messaging did make her uncomfortable but she never fathomed this.

“About a year before I had noticed Adonis had become friends with her on Facebook and they had been messaging each other,” Heather said. “It was nothing sexual but it made me feel uneasy. But Adonis assured me there was nothing going on and when I discovered I was pregnant I forgot all about it.”

Heather later learned that Adonis began secretly seeing Julia when he moved on to work at another hotel while they were still together. During their time apart while Heather was working, he was seeing Julia. They had made plans to wed prior to her return to Scotland. When Heather confronted Adonis about the photo, he paused before apologizing for his actions, but unfortunately, the damage had already been done. Heather burst into tears before hanging up the phone.

Although Heather is heartbroken over Adonis’ betrayal, she still insists on him having a relationship with their son. So, she stays in regular contact with him despite all that has transpired. The jaw-dropping story has caught the attention of social media users all around the world. As expected, Adonis has been given opportunities to share his side of the story. He detailed what happened with a brutally honest statement.

“Yes I’m married, Julia is my wife. I was still with Heather when I married her,” Adonis said. “I want to say I’m so, so sorry to Heather about this because Heather has my little baby and I want to see Diego.”
