Gwen Stefani & Blake Shelton Spotted Taking Selfies At A Dollar Store — Has Gwen Gone Country?

Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton are certainly still going strong, and now they’re taking their love to local Oklahoma Dollar Store.

Despite Celebrity Net Worth claiming that Stefani is worth upwards of $100 million and Shelton around $60 million, that doesn’t stop the couple from stocking up at the Dollar Store in Blake’s Oklahoma hometown.

Oklahoma fan Sheena Martin spotted Gwen and Blake doing a little shopping in the discount store on January 24, where they even stopped to pose for a selfie with two young female fans that was taken by Stefani herself.

“When Gwen Stefani takes your phone for a picture with her and Blake Shelton!!” Sheena captioned the photo, which also showed Stefani and Shelton, who met on the set of NBC’s The Voice, sporting matching camouflage baseball caps.

The latest sighting comes just days after it was reported that Stefani was allegedly gifted a horse by her new man, which she shared with her more than 3 million followers on Instagram. Though Gwen didn’t explicitly confirm her new pet was from Blake, Stefani did write alongside a snap of the horse, “My new bunny #Bestpresentever hi Halo.”

“Look at my fancy fringe!! #cantbelivemylife Gx #Halo,” Stefani captioned another photo of the horse earlier this week, which has many fans believing Shelton’s country ways are quickly rubbing off on Gwen.

Entertainment Tonight even reported that Gwen Stefani has gone “full country” for her new man after she was spotted out and about earlier this week sporting camouflage overalls.

And it seems as though Gwen has certainly embraced Shelton’s country lifestyle, even teasing earlier this month that she was hitting the studio again to write a song “about a cowboy,” which had many fans speculating the subject of Gwen’s new music is, in fact, Blake.

The tease came after Stefani took to Twitter on January 7 to announce that she was hard at work in the recording studio, to which Blake replied that her studio stint was “guaranteed greatness.” Gwen Stefani then tweeted back to her boyfriend using the hashtag “#writingsongsaboutacowboy” alongside a very sweet heart emoji.

The flirty tweets came shortly after People reported back in November, 2015, that Blake and Gwen had allegedly been working on a “real country” duet together, which a source revealed is a mid-tempo ballad that tells the story of a lover telling another to leave.

Though Gwen and Blake have yet to confirm whether the song will ever be released as a single, an insider told People at the time that it was “amazing how good [Gwen] sounds on a pretty country song,” as her previous releases have all been more heavily pop and R&B influenced.

The alleged duet likely came as a surprise to fans of Stefani and Shelton, particularly after Blake claimed before the two became a couple that he didn’t think he and Gwen had much in common when it came to making music.

“I don’t know musically what Gwen and I would probably ever have in common,” Blake joked to People backstage during a taping of The Voice. “Pharrell [Williams] and I probably have a lot musically in common… I don’t ever see Gwen and I sitting down and writing songs,” Shelton said.

But while Gwen and Blake’s relationship is certainly heating up, that doesn’t mean the two will be tying the knot anytime soon.

Gossip Cop just busted a report by OK! Magazine claiming that the two were expecting twins and preparing for a “shotgun wedding,” claiming that there is “no wedding on the horizon” for Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton anytime soon.
