Anna Duggar Shares Josh Duggar Rehab Visit Heartbreak Amid Sex Assault Trial: Will She Divorce Or Have 5th Baby?
Anna Duggar is reflecting on the heartbreak and shocks she experienced in 2015, and making her feelings known about husband Josh Duggar in a new blog for the family’s website. It was a year where the news that Josh had molested five underage girls, four of whom were his sisters, went public, followed by the bombshell revelations that Duggar had used the Ashley Madison website for infidelity. Josh subsequently admitted that he had cheated on Anna and was addicted to porn, entering a faith-based rehab to be treated.
Now Anna is sharing her most recent visit to Josh in that rehab, as well as discussing how her own faith helped her through the hard times with Duggar, reported Us Weekly.
Anna and Josh have four children together, and she sees visiting Duggar as critical to their journey.
“[It was] an important step on a long difficult road,” added Anna.

It was in August that Josh got candid following the hacking of the Ashley Madison website. Duggar made a public confession about being unfaithful to Anna as well as his pornography addiction, a revelation soon followed by his stay in the rehab treatment facility.
Although TLC had cancelled the family’s main show, 19 Kids And Counting, the network recently aired a series of specials about the family entitled Jill & Jessa: Counting On. Although the title listed the names of two of the sisters molested by Josh, it was a confession from Anna which got much of the attention from viewers.
“A betrayal,” said Anna of how she felt when she learned that Josh had cheated on her.
Moreover, the mother of four felt that it was a betrayal against her as well as other Christians because it was so highly publicized.
“I think it is such a betrayal for a spouse to go through what we’re walking through — and… it was hard… to realize that it was such a public thing, so not only was it a betrayal against me, but it was also a betrayal for those who call themselves Christian, because here we were as a Christian couple and everyone was able to see us get married and to vow before God to be loyal to each other. And [then] that loyalty was broken.”
With Josh in rehab, Anna has taken on the task alone of raising their little children, who include Mackynzie, 6, Michael, 4, Marcus, 2, and Meredith, 5 months.
Reflecting on her future, Anna asked for prayers for herself, Duggar, and their children, reported People.
“I want to thank all of you for your prayers and your messages of hope,” Anna wrote. “I can never express how your kindness and prayers have brought encouragement when I needed it most – outpacing the grief and discouragement at every turn. [God will bring] beauty from ashes. Please continue to pray for me, Josh and our children.”
Fifth Baby A Sign Of Forgiveness For Josh?
Anna made no mention of the rumor that she is pregnant with her fifth child in that blog. However, Radar Online cited a source claiming that Anna conceived the baby during a previous overnight stay with Josh in rehab.
“Anna announced that she thinks she is pregnant again,” said that source. “She believes the baby is a sign that God has forgiven Josh for his many sins, and she’s vowed to stand by her husband.”
As for those who thought Anna might divorce Josh, a source told ET that will not happen.
“Anna is planning on getting back together with Josh, that’s just how it goes,” revealed the source. “The family was taught to have a new level of forgiveness towards Josh.”
Sexual Assault Trial Trouble For Josh & Anna Duggar?
The blog penned by Anna also emerges amid a sexual assault trial that could mean trouble for Duggar and his wife, reported the Daily Mail.
Porn star Danica Dillon is waging a $500,000 sex assault lawsuit against Josh, and she has gone into detail about about occurred. Danica alleges that Duggar choked her, called her names, and spat on her. Dillon revealed that she is worried not just for herself but for others.
“If he’s done this to me, how many other girls has he done this to?” questioned the porn star. “Has he murdered anybody?”
The allegations include an initial meeting between Dillon and Josh in March 2015. After paying for lap dances and shelling out $600 at the Philadelphia strip club, Duggar suggested Danica go to his room. That was where she accuses him of assaulting her.
Josh allegedly then returned, paying her $1,500 for that encounter after having given her $1,000 for the first time. However, on the second encounter, Dillon says she was the one who invited Duggar to her own room.
